How to create beautiful question pages with decision logic?

I would like to add a beautiful looking survey to a section of my site, ideally with one question per page which then slides to the next question. Based on the responses the users will see either one of two final pages.
I am looking for suggestions on the best way to implement this on duda. A low-code solution would be ideal

I would take a look at Paperform. Should do exactly what you are describing!
