Client's Form Submission Email Not Delivering...

Hey, Duda community! Curious if anyone here has some tips/best practices on helping your clients make sure they're able to receive form submissions via email. I've got a client who is saying none of the form submissions are delivering. They've checked the junk and added my white-label email to their contacts. My client is using a Microsoft 365 email.

    Always check the low hanging fruit first. Ensure the email is correct in the form submission section on the website. If it is, I would reach out to support for more technical support in troubleshooting the email.
