Desktop Hamburger Menu Sticky Troubleshoot

I am working with a client who wants their desktop website to feature a hamburger menu. No problem! However, they do not want the header to be sticky. It appears by default the hamburger site layout has to be sticky and I can't seem to find an option to turn it off. Does anyone have any tricks to get this to function the way we need?

    When you click on the orange header tab in the editor you should have a CONTENT/DESIGN tab like all other widgets.

    Ensure "Shrinking Header" is disabled, and then click CONTENT and toggle off SET AS STICKY
