Is it possible to import customers into Duda's Native Store?

Hi all!

I have a client that has an existing online store, which we're trying to move onto Duda. They have asked me whether they'll be able to 'transfer' their existing customer details into the new store…

My guess is that the answer will be 'no', because I'm guessing that data like purchase history will not be able to be transferred. But I though I'd ask here, just in case we may be able to provide some 'basic' data transfer functionality — eg., being able to enter customer personal and login info, so they at least don't have to setup a new account all over again in the new store…

Is it at all possible to directly import and create customer data into Duda's Native Store, just like we can import product data?

    Hi @visioncraft, good question! Unfortunately, at this time there is no way to transfer customers and their data directly. I do like this idea and have passed it along to our eComm squad here at Duda.

    I know you can import and export the actual store, but I dont think importing of customers is possible.
