How can I stop third party emails are bombarding my clients through their forms?


My clients have had a huge increase in 3rd party emails bombarding them through their forms on their websites, is there any way to block other countries from accessing the website? Some of these are not even marketing emails, they are just random emails that say random things. It is really weird. They are all from other countries and some of them are not even in english.

    I'm sorry to hear this is happening. Just to confirm, you've made sure that the reCAPTCHA is enabled, correct?

    Hi @ScottyStrehlow!

    I made sure the forms have the recaptcha option where you have to check the box that you are not a robot. It's not just forms, I found out it is also calls. I have attached a screenshot of the last 3 days and how it spiked rapidly out of nowhere. Any advice or help would be much appreciated!

    I'm also seeing clients getting spam even when recaptcha is enabled. The call one is interesting and agree that there should be a better way to help avoid this.
