Question about uploading personal video on website

I would like to ask a question about my website. I uploaded a video to my home page in which I am introducing myself as a therapist for my private practice. I noticed there is no volume with the video. I am wondering if it is possible to have volume from a video I uploaded, or do I need to create an account with YouTube or another media page to link it for volume? Also, if upload from YouTube, it mentions in the editing section that it will not play on a mobile device, is that true?

Thank you in advance and I look forward to hearing from you!

    Hi @askobel,

Luckily this is an easy fix!

It sounds like you have your video set to "auto-play", and when it's in auto-play, browsers will mute the video by default. Our team has made a change that automatically disables the audio in such cases.

If you turn off the auto-play setting and toggle the audio, then this should fix the problem!

    I hope this helps! 🙏

Please also note that if you added the video as a row or column background, you will be unable to hear or play the audio at all. As Scotty mentioned, you'd need to add the video widget onto the page and then set the appropriate configuration.

Thanks both for the help. I realized there was no sound because I uploaded the video with the other videos that Duda offers that have no sound. Once I added the widget I then got sound. Thank you again!

Can I ask if there is a way to change the design of the videos, in terms of the layout with colors, corner radius, etc?
