- Set Access. Set a password for the page or configure the page for members only. For more information, see Password Protected Pages or Add Membership Pages.
- Set as a draft. Set a page as a draft when you do not want it to be searchable or on the live site. For more information, see the Set as a draft section.
- Also — if the page is published but you want to hide it from any nav menus by default, just use the Hide on All option for that page.
- Lastly — Disable indexing if you really want to hide the page so Google doesn't index it.
Hope this helps!

Might I follow up on this topic? If a page has its access set to Password Protected, does that protection also extend to any sub-pages under the password protected page? In other words, would someone be unable to even see the sub-pages until they enter the password on the page above the sub-pages?

Apologies, I decided to ask this as a new question (instead of following up here)… please disregard the above post from me. (For some reason, I can't edit the above post, hence this additional comment!)
