Home Page with Collections Dynamic Elements
My Home Page uses a Google sheet to populate some of the elements on the page. After connecting the text elements to the fields in the Google sheet, whenever I try to edit the connection or the text I get an error, saying this widget couldn't be updated. (See Image Below).
It seems like when connecting an element to a Google sheet, using the _all_ page item functionally (see images below ), it makes that element use the old text editor which breaks the element from being edited or from me changing what field in the element is connected to.
Does anyone have a fix or workaround for this?

Hi @Jayla2345!
This is Andres with the support team. Thanks for bringing this to our attention! I will be creating a report for our developers to investigate this issue further.
In the meantime, we do have a workaround. Add a new text widget, right click it and select "Connect to Data", then choose your data source from the collection. You can then right click the widget again to edit the text's design. Here's a quick GIF showing the workaround:
And that's it! This should let you keep working for now, but let me know if you have any questions.

@AndresLopez Hi! Do we have an update for this bug? It is essential for our productivity that this is resolved. Would love to hear any feedback or updates.
Similar to Jayla's issue. We are unable to update the text editor.
We use dynamic pages with custom designed sections to speed up our process for landing pages however having to replace the text editor every time can get redundant and time-consuming.

Hi @alexisraquepo!
The issue has been reported to our developers and is currently in their ticket backlog. It will be escalated in one of our upcoming development sprints, but unfortunately we do not have an ETA to share at the moment.
In the meantime, I would suggest updating your custom sections with a new text widget that uses the Connect to Data flow I described in my post above, as this will also work to connect the text to Content Library items. That should prevent the need to update the text widget on every new site using the custom section(s), hopefully minimizing your productivity concerns.
Let me know if you have any questions!
