Scheduled eCommerce Maintenance

Hi Duda Community! I'm Kia, the Technical Writer Lead here at Duda. Wanted to give a quick update about some scheduled maintenance coming up. 

There will be scheduled maintenance of the eCommerce platform March 28-29 during off-peak hours. 

APAC region March 28 at 11:00 PM (AEDT)

EMEA March 29 at 6:00 AM (CET)

US region March 29 at 3:00 AM (EST). 

During that time, the Store Front, Control Panel, and APIs will be unavailable. 

Maintenance is expected to last no longer than 1 hour.

    Thanks for the Heads Up.

    Will this effects anyone's live sites??

    @Aj_Pfeil, Unfortunately, yes this will affect live sites. We don't expect the downtime to be more than 1 hour and the maintenance will be performed during off-peak hours as described above.

    Did this maintenance happen to do anything around the orders section? One of our clients just messaged us making us aware that they had 2 orders from their website come through on the 29th that were old and had been placed in November and already fulfilled?

    @Alastair_Manning the maintenance did not have anything to do with orders. It was surrounding an OS upgrade at the database service. If you think you might have a different issue, I suggest you reach out to our Support Team through support.duda.co.
