Wow that was an exciting morning. Lot of panic, I was asked how to respond to customers by a lot of pros on my messenger. I suggested something like this will work.

Hey Dear Customer Understand your concern and we are on it, but let's not forget even Facebook with all its zillions of dollars and an army of people? Went down for over 6 hours last year, and in Google has not been spared in 2020 they went down also for 6 hours but the good thing? With great people all things got back up, and we have great people supporting you.
