SEO html widget on dynamic page

I have Google Sheets connected to a dynamic page.

In Google sheets I added the html code in one cell.

I connected this cell as a Rich Text to Duda.

On the dynamic page I connected this cell to a html widget.

The question is: will de Google (SEO) Bot 'read' the html content or the actually content that is loaded from Google Sheets? So in the image below, will Google bot see number 1 or number 2?

I couldn't find the right inspection tool in Google Search Console, so if someone know it, that would be also very much appreciated!
