Client is reporting that images are not loading. Anyone having this issue?
Mine are pulling through okay. Did they try disconnecting and reconnecting again?
Do you have the Visible Rows set to All?
I have mine set to 1 row but I just checked All and it still works
So, client's issue must be either connection speed or their device? Would you say?
If you're not having issues on another device, it could very well be a local issue.
Do you know what device they are having an issue with?
From the client:
iPhone - Both Internet Explorer & Chrome - Gallery is empty
Desktop PC - Google chrome - Gallery is empty
Did you look in the editor to make sure the Instagram is still connected?
Thank you. Yes, I did. I changed the setting to show only 8 rows instead of All and it seems to have resolved. Seems to me, though, that ALL should work!
