Footer is not sticking to the bottom unless the page scrolls, is there a way to fix this?

I would like my footer to stay locked to the bottom of the page, on all pages. I've noticed if the page is not long enough to scroll, than it adds space between the footer and the bottom which doesn't look professional. Here's are 2 examples of it not locked and locked to the bottom:

    @Juliem612, if you check the preview link, you should see the footer anchored to the bottom of the page - even though it doesn't look that way in the editor. I tested this on two different templates and in both cases, the footer was anchored to the bottom as long as there was no outer spacing present in the footer or footer row(s). I recommend opening a support case if you are still having issues with this after confirming that you do not have any outer spacing in the footer.
