How do I make an "inner page"?

I would essentially like to have a navigation list off to the left hand side of the page and then when you click on what item you want, it opens on the same page. I want to be able to not have to switch pages to see everything on the list but have it populate on the same page. Is this a possibility in Duda? Thank you for your time!

    That is not possible. If you were clicking an item in different content shows up it has to be a different page. Unless your dynamically displaying data on the same page using some JavaScript there's no way to do that
