Duda Support: What You Can Expect During the Holiday Season

Hello!

We hope you’re gearing up for an amazing Holiday season. Before you go, please note that Support will be limited in the US, Brazil, and APAC Support offices in observance of the Christmas Holiday on December 23rd (Thursday) and 24th (Friday) as well as for New Year’s Eve on December 31st (Friday).

During this time, phone support and live chat will not be available and response times may be delayed. We will do our best to review and respond back to urgent requests as quickly as possible.

Your friendly neighborhood community manager (👋) will be out of office from December 21st to December 26th.

Additionally, we will be undergoing scheduled platform maintenance December 26th, 2021 from 1am PST to 6am PST. During this period the Duda Editor may be inaccessible.
