Team invites not being sent

I have tried to set up a team twice and each time the invite email does not get sent. I even sent it to a personal email of mine not associated with Duda and it does not arrive or show up in my junk

I have been doing more work with trying to set up a team, by trying different permissions, using different browsers, and using alternate email addresses. Im only able to make one alt email address work out of 4 that I tried and only able to share access to the admin group. Also the first team I set up never got an invite and disappeared a few days after setting it up.

Suddenly working...but i have to refresh browser after each email sent.
