Global text hover change?

I am looking for an option to change the global site text link hover effect for color or non-underline.

    Hi, unfortunately that is not a setting for global text. However, it is a setting for global buttons. My suggestion is that you move the linked text to inside a button (if that makes sense for your particluar use case).
