Has somebody successfully integrated Duda's Contact Forms with MailChimp?

Contact Form Integration's help page states: "...The integration will only work if you configure the fields with the exact same name on the Contact Form ..."

As per MailChimp's fields, what's "the exact same name": the "Field Name"? The Tag Name? The MERGE# name?

Hi there - I've done this a few times. The instructions still appear to be accurate in this knowledge article: https://support.duda.co/hc/en-us/articles/1500001499981-Contact-Form-Integrations

Once you authenticate using your MailChimp account from the form widget, you then select your contact list. From there, you can only map to three fields: First Name, Last Name, and Email Address using a drop-down selection. If you want certain fields to not map you can use "Leave this field empty".
