How to add dataset filter?

My client has an insurance agency with 100+ agents and wants there to be a page where clients can filter agents based on certain criteria such as State, City, Language Spoken, etc. In addition, they want each agent to have their own landing page. Can this be done? And How can this be done on Duda?
