Good Morning, I'm having a problem with one of my sites reducing hd picture size/quality on mobile. The client is getting upset about the reduced image quality. Is there a good work around?

Have you brought this issue up with support? I have not seen any image issues with high quality images on mobile. I know that Duda Optimizes their images for the device they are being displayed on, but to reduce quality isn't something I have seen. There may be an engineering glitch your experiencing.
