[SOLVED] Can't Access Live Site Unless I Type "https"
I am currently unable to access my live website if I type "mycustomdomain.com" or "http://www.mycustomdomain.com" into the search bar and can only see it if I manually type out "https://www.mycustomdomain.com".
I am currently using Duda's default setting in Site SSL which "force[s] visitors to use secure connection (HTTPS)".
It has been nearly 24 hours since I initiated the transition from hosting my websites via Squarespace to Duda. Can any of you offer any insights into how or when I can resolve this (or expect it to be resolved)?
Thanks!
EDIT: Solved; see end of thread.

Did you enter both (2) A Records?
My understanding is that one of for http and the other for https.

Thanks for this reply, @Bruce_McCaughan. I'm not sure and am having trouble going back into the configurations to see precisely how I approached it. I'm hoping that Customer Support may be able to help me check that and other things. Thanks again for replying over this holiday period when customer support options are limited!

Hi again @Bruce_McCaughan , it appears that I have both A Records present on both of my sites but the problem persists. Any suggestions? I've had trouble getting a call back from Customer Service.
Thanks!

It might be cache on your side.
Are you able to provide the actual domain here?

Thanks for your reply, @Bruce_McCaughan . I ended up discovering that Duda did not update my DNS records successfully despite many attempts and this was causing the problem. Thanks again!
