Membership - Add members manually to paid plans and Discount Coupons

Hi community and Duda team,

I have several questions around Memberships.

1. When can we add members manually to paid plans? It says it's coming soon... any ETA?

2. Discounts applied on paid plans - if we were to offer the first payment with a discount (coupon created on Duda membership), will that be discounted all throughout the subscription? Or is it just for the first payment and the regular paid plan price will kick in ongoing?

3. Removing a promo code - there seems to be a glitch? Member has logged in again to pay for the plan. They can delete it but the promo is there forever. There is no way for it to be removed at any time.

4. Promo code - is there a way to create a coupon just solely for a plan and not for all?

Feedback on how payment is taken during the process.

It's not ideal (it confused us when we were testing it) that one has to sign up first before getting payment. The expectation was to pay then they sign up.

Would appreciate any thoughts or advice from the community and from the Duda team especially with question #1.

    I wanted to provide an update for you! Answers & information to your questions are in bold below:

    We don't have a specific ETA for this right now, but we are working hard to make this available ASAP.

    2) Discounts applied on paid plans - if we were to offer the first payment with a discount (coupon created on Duda membership), will that be discounted all throughout the subscription? Or is it just for the first payment and the regular paid plan price will kick in ongoing?

    Yes, as of now, if a discount is applied at initial checkout for a paid plan, that discount will carry over to each subscription renewal. We, unfortunately, do not have a way to only apply a discount for only the initial purchase of the plan. This is a really good idea though and think we should have the ability to set this up. Here's a feature request that we created. Please upvote to be subscribed to future updates.

    Thank you for bringing this to our attention. This was escalated to our developers. Our support team will follow up with you once we have a status update on this issue.

    This is also currently not supported, unfortunately. We created a feature request for this as well. Please upvote here.
