Hi, I'm using Duda's whitelabel platform, and a client who tried the Chaty app is trying to upgrade to a paid plan. He was given a message to contact his agency. How do I provide access to this? Thanks!
Hi @JonesTeam, happy to assist. So, clients don't have the ability to upgrade apps as that is a limitation Duda has in place so they don't rack up a bill downloading a bunch of apps without their agency's permission. They should contact their agency (you in this case) if they do want to upgrade a plan on their account.
