How do I create a backup and save it to my desktop?

I can create a backup in Duda, but I want a hard copy on my desktop. I can't find directions on how to do that. I hope someone can explain that to me. Thanks!

    If you are on the agency plan, the only thing you can do is to Export the website. However, when you do that, it will remove the website from your dashboard I believe. Be sure to read this article first.
