Why won't my Google Review slider widget update?

My live website gets the spinning wheel of doom. Doesn't load period. I have clicked the update widget button but it doesn't leave this screen. Is it possible to fix this on my end?

    @Brenna, I would open a support case for this issue. It's possible that the widget is having an issue on the back end. It's best that Duda support looks into it.
