media slider is not auto-playing the vids i've loaded and selected. they are showing up as still images. why?

    Hi @dbindy I just tested this same functionality using the MEDIA SLIDER CONTENT widget and it's working perfectly for me. You may need to create a support ticket for this if you suspect an issue. Also, note the autoplay warning on this page:
