My girlfriend has it, but it looks like its not supported anymore!
I checked with my team, and it does appear that AfterPay is available, and the workaround below should work:
To connect AfterPay to the store, follow these steps:
Step 1: Change country to Australia or New Zealand in Settings > General
Step 2: Add the AfterPay payment method to the store in Control Panel > Payment
Step 3: Change the country back to the original one
