Do team members need paid accounts?
I do not have a paid account yet, as I am joining another person whom has a White Label Account on their team.
But it seems the add team member email does not come through to me.
Would the reason be that I need a paid account?
A certain level of payment?

The White Label Plan comes with up to 10 Team Members. Did the account owner reach that threshold? If so, they should get a message when trying to add you. If there are less team members than that, it should come through to you fine. You would not need to also pay for an account. Have you checked your spam folder as well?

I suggest the account owner to get the Agency plan. If he/she already has it, please check spam or trash folder.

Hey, @faemorrigan, if you're just not receiving the invitation email, then @courtneyquaresimo's suggestion is likely correct: check your spam folder, as the message is probably ending up there. In the support article about how to invite team members, we can see the following recommendation:
If the person who is inviting you to join their team is receiving some kind of warning message from Duda - eg., that they've reached the limit number of team members in their account, or that the email they're trying to invite is already being used in another account - then let us know, and we might be able to provide further guidance.
