Unable to get in touch with support
Hi, this is my first post here. Have been on duda about two years now, and so far like it a lot despite a few bugs. I am posting as I have been unable to get in touch with support the last couple of months, not sure if it is just me or not. Although I have the basic plan, I've always received a quick reply on the few times I have asked for help, maybe up to a week in one case due to holidays or another reason. But generally fast. But beginning in early or mid-August, I have not received a response from support and have tried a few times since. Not sure what to do.
In this particular case, I have been unable to delete images or files on occasion from my content folder. Support had previously indicated they were aware of the bug, and I should contact them and they would do it on their end. So that's what this request had been for. I've had a couple of other questions since then on unrelated matters as well.
My support status page is showing two requests including that mid-August one as still open, while other attempts to follow up and ask for help are marked "solved" even though they have not been.
