Unable to get in touch with support
Hi, this is my first post here. Have been on duda about two years now, and so far like it a lot despite a few bugs. I am posting as I have been unable to get in touch with support the last couple of months, not sure if it is just me or not. Although I have the basic plan, I've always received a quick reply on the few times I have asked for help, maybe up to a week in one case due to holidays or another reason. But generally fast. But beginning in early or mid-August, I have not received a response from support and have tried a few times since. Not sure what to do.
In this particular case, I have been unable to delete images or files on occasion from my content folder. Support had previously indicated they were aware of the bug, and I should contact them and they would do it on their end. So that's what this request had been for. I've had a couple of other questions since then on unrelated matters as well.
My support status page is showing two requests including that mid-August one as still open, while other attempts to follow up and ask for help are marked "solved" even though they have not been.

Hi @BenC - I believe Support should have followed up by now. Were you able to resolve this issue?

They indicated they were going to work on a solution to the delete issue starting today, so not resolved just yet. They can see on their end the same issue. Thanks for checking in. I will let you know if not.

Just providing an update that the issue has not been resolved and I have not heard back any further since October 5th & 11th when they indicated they could see the same issue on their end and were reaching out to QA to figure it out; the update on the 11th just reminding me that they were still looking.

It has been almost two months. I never heard back from anyone again on the matter, which was never resolved. Nor has anyone followed up again here to ask about it. Very disappointed and frustrated. Have no idea what to do at this point.

Hey @BenC. Generally, if the issue was an engineering issue or a platform issue the technical team may still be debugging, and resolving for you. I wouldnt get discouraged. Maybe @ScottyStrehlow can ping someone who may be able to help, since it has been an ongoing issue.
