Can't seem to get a button centered in a row on all views: desktop, tablet, mobile

I have a single row with a single button that I cannot seem to get centered for all views. Can't you edit these things in a view specific mode? Like set the left padding to different values for desktop, tablet, and mobile?

I'm either forgetting how or totally clueless - or both. Any help is greatly appreciated.

    Not sure what the exact problem is, but...

    You can control alignment on Desktop/Tablet (they are connected) and separately on Mobile.

    Try "right-click" and select the "center" thingy... looks like || or -|-
