HelloBar Targeted Pop Ups - Worth using?

Hi community,

I'm after feedback as to if anyone thinks HelloBar is worth using. Does it add many features beyond what the built in Duda pop-up builder offers? I'd love to hear some of your feedback as I am establishing if its worth learning and adding to my service offerings.

    I would say no. Dudas Personalization Rules are the same thing. Not really sure why Duda ever added an App that competes with their builder feature.
