How to match same width and height to the form field boxes with the round corners?

I will like to make the width-height and round corners the same as the "Join Us" button. Any ideas on how I cand edit those? Thanks! 😀

Is this widget sitting by itself in a column? If so, you can change the column to have round corners. I have attached some images for reference.
- Click on the column
- Click Edit Design
- Change the corner under the background section
