Is there a way to get statistics on file downloads?

Hi all,

I have a page from which visitors can download a pdf file. I'd like to know how often this file is downloaded, and if possible also when. Is there a way to get this data, without imposing a form on users?

    @Wimads I don't think you can get that data from Duda directly. But you can create a counting zap with a Zapier workflow.

    Or using a Google tag on how you are getting those people to download the document.

    Hi @Wimads,

    While this is not possible directly in Duda, you can track the clicks on a download button fairly easily using GTM and GA4. There are tons of resources to help you set this download event as a conversion on GA4 and you'll be able to get the report there. I've included a helpful article below:
