How do I remove the white space at the top of a page?

I have a row at the top of my page, however there is what appears to be spacing that is applied to the page.

How do I remove this spacing?

    Check several places…
    Padding within the Header Design "spacing" editor.
    Padding within he row and/or column containing the banner.
    Padding/margins on the banner itself.

    I have a hunch you will find the resolution to this issue within the Header design.
