Google Ads Conversion

For some reason the tracking for Google Ads is not working. I posted a piece of code to trigger when someone fills and submits the form.

But in Google I am getting too many conversions. Nearly all clicks are leading to conversions. That is not right. Plus I don't have the leads in the backend.

Anybody know why?
