Any way to localise the shipping options in ecommerce?

I've got a client that wants to offer free delivery to locals and then charge to the rest of Australia. It appears that at best I can only narrow it down to Australia as a whole.

I know I can do it in 3rd party but I was hoping to do it in native ecom

    As far as I am aware - No, the native store does not have this level of shipping or location control yet.

    @ScottyStrehlow can probably get the team to assist, but as Thomas mentioned, I dont think so.

    thanks for responding Thomas & AJ. I pretty much figured that was the case and more trying to bring to light what I feel like a glaring omission from the updates. I love the occasional iterative updates coming through but still find myself sticking everyone on third party due to this one little snafu.
