Contact Form not sending me phone numbers

When someone just enters a phone number and not there email it won't send me a notification to my email that someone filled out the form. How do I fix this?

    If someone is hitting submit, you should be getting a notification that the form was submitted. May I see the URL where the form is?? You may need to make Phone and Email required (it may not be sending anything at all).
