How to I do a pop up window when you hover?

I noticed a few times that even the Duda site itself has ? symbols and when you hover over them with a mouse they pop up.
How do we get the ? symbol on the site and then how do we get the window to pop up when you hover over it? Thanks so much for the help!

Sounds like you are talking about a "tool tip". Where you hover over the question mark "?" and some text pops up in a box.
You're not talking about a full pop-up page, right?
Tooltips aren't native to Duda.
