Add a video to product

My client got beautiful videos done of all their products, but I can't seem to add them to the products. Am I missing something, or is that not possible?

It is not possible with the ECWID integration. The design aspect of ECWID is completely bland and allows for zero customization. I really hope the new SnipCart that Duda purchased launches soon, and has a lot more features.

I'm been trying to find out how to add a thumbnail to a video on video page... so far... no luck. Can you please help me? Thanks!!
