HELP! Ecommerce migration going very badly!

I have a HUGE problem. I have a client that migrated their store. Woo Commerce URLs were lowercase, and Duda uses the case of the product title. Now there are literally thousands of backlinks using the lowercase URL, and none are being forwarded to the product.

Instead, it takes customers to a page that doesn't exist anywhere on the site that can be edited. See: https://www.unschoolingmom2mom.com/product/NOT-Back-to-School vs. https://www.unschoolingmom2mom.com/product/not-back-to-school

This makes zero sense to me. Support has been zero help.
