Flex page not responsive

I am working on an unpublished site and I have a flex page that will not let me move anything or add anything. I will try to drag something over and it snaps right back but when the page refreshes it shows it in the different spot. The layers bar off to the left shows page not working and this page is not longer responsive. I tried working in edge and chrome. And yes it says not longer that isn't a typo lol
Has anyone had this issue before? Other non flex pages seem to be fine and will let me make edits
