Running Buy One, Get One Free Promo

I have a client that wants to run a promo for buy-one-get-one products on his website. He is under the Advanced store plan with us. I am wondering if anyone has been asked to facilitate this in the past and how you go about achieving it. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I can only see free shipping discounts, a fixed amount, and percentage discounts when I go to the discount page to set something up.
