How style a page/blog with table of contents?

Do we need to code this into Duda to have the left side stay static while the user scrolls and reads in the middle?

I am looking to do this for long-form content to help UX and ultimately SEO. It has the table of contents on the left side. Here are links to examples of two sites doing this.

    This is not achieved natively within Duda.

    The blog is pretty weak in features, actually.
