How to create an email submission before offering free ebook download

I have 8 e-books I'd like to make available to my site visitors. These are on my 'FREEBIES' page. Before they can download an e-book, I'd like them to sbumit their email and name first.

When you press the download button for a specific e-book I have set up contact form to fill out. But what happens next I am unsure off. Integrate Jotform, perhaps? Or set up individual thank you pages for each book with the PDF download linked to Dropbox?

Would love to hear your solutions.

    ….I got it figured out, no need to reply, thanks. It hinged on the 'submission after' set up which is now recitfied and working fine.
