Client Stats Email

In the Monthly Email stats that go out to clients, what do the "Emails Sent" stats refer to? I am not aware of any emails that are being sent from that particular client's site but we still see that some emails we sent. How is that number compiled and can I see what emails were sent by the duda platform for this site?

    Here you go, "Emails Sent. The number of times a click-to-email link or button was clicked anywhere on the site."
