images on my website does not have a search tag assigned to it when downloaded.

please, all the images i uploaded to my store was giving a search tag and uploaded but if you try downloading any of the images it doesnt show the search tags but displays numbers like 23348577 as the save as jpeg.

please how do i resolve this issues?😪
