403 Error with Tor Browser

I've just been contacted by a client who uses Tor Browser, letting me know that when they try to access my Duda site they get a "403 - Forbidden" error.

I downloaded Tor myself, and was able to verify it:

No problems at all on Safari or Firefox (which Tor is based on), but unable to access my site with Tor…

Is this a known issue? Is there a setting in Tor - or in the Duda website - that needs to be configured in a specific way?
