New Support Widget live to help you get answers to your questions faster!
Hey all, today we launched live our new Support widget. With it, we have built in a bunch of answers to common questions as well as added rules to route tickets more quickly to the appropriate team. Of course, you can also get our team through Live Chat and Callback Requests when you need! Please give it a try. Constructive feedback welcome (I will post in the Duda Community and you can leave your feedback there)! Please note that this is just our initial launch, but we will be continuously adding new solutions, videos, screenshots, tips, and will even connect it to the Duda Community to offer approved solutions from the community itself.

I would imagine this support widget will answer many queries that people have, which in turn frees up the support team to handle the issues the bot can’t handle even faster. I look forward to testing it next time I have a question or issue.

Hey @StephenK I have never experienced a long wait time as this and I chat with the support team quite a bit. We're you able to get someone? If not, they are pretty quick to respond to email. Hope you were able to get your question answered!

long waiting time, sometimes a few hours sometimes I've never gotten a response
please change it to where I can just talk to someone quickly like before instead of asking tons of questions individually -- if they need name and email preferred chat type and my message the last version was great because I could do that all at once instead of having to wait for the bot to answer every question one by one

Hey! Did the long wait time happen when you were waiting to chat or a callback request? And as far as reaching support, you don't have to answer any questions if you don't want. Instead you can type "Contact support" and depending on your plan type, you'll be given options for callback or chat. Hope that helps :)
