The store on our website used to work fine. Now Facebook says we need to upgrade our store. Has anyone else seen this or resolved the issue?

Can you explain in more detail as to what exactly is happening? Have you reached out to Duda Support or Facebook Support?
There were some issues with this back early in 2021 I believe.

I will have to reach out to support - we did reconnect and Facebook no longer recognizes that we have a store.

Still waiting to find an answer. The store seems to work better on the Facebook app than on a desktop as far as being able to tag products.
