My client says their account expired.
My client today (after working for about 2 weeks) stated he could not log in to edit the site. He gets a message that says his free account expired and that he should choose a plan. I get the same if I try and "view as client". What's going on, and how do I fix it?

Client lost password
My client can't remember their password for editing the site. What's the best way to go about getting them to reset? I could remove them and then send them a new invite, but would that remove their Site Comments?
